Dr. Salamatu will be participating in a round table discussion at the Africa Congress for Conservation Biology 2026 which will take place at the University of Lagos, she will be sharing her experience on strengthening human-Wildlife Co-existence in Nigeria, Lessons from Dadin Kowa Hippos and Elephant Crop-Raiding in Yankari.
